What does "Remote Support" mean and how does it work?
We install special software on computers managed by our support
plans that allows us to remotely take control of your computers, upon
request. This secure software helps us provide better service at
an affordable price. We're able to respond to support requests much
faster than if we had to schedule an on-site visit.
What kinds of computers do you support?
We support all brands of notebooks, desktops, and servers running
Microsoft Windows. But don't worry, the occasional Mac OS machine won't prevent
subscribing to our support plans. The only absolute requirement is that the
computers have high speed access to the internet (like cable, DSL, or T1).
Do your support plans include a hardware warranty?
Our support plans include troubleshooting basic hardware failure and
liaison with the manufacturer's support service, but do not include replacement
of failed parts out of warranty. We recommend our clients protect all computers
with a valid manufacturer support contract.
